A professional web site for a fixed subscription

No set up fees - no hidden extras

Our web site package is based on a fixed cost subscription of £575 (+VAT) per year. That's it - there are no other charges. Your annual subscription covers all of the services listed below.

The annual subscription is not the entire story, however, when it comes to the resources required to run your site. You will need to consider the time it will take you to maintain the site content and you will need to allocate some staff time to this. As a rough guide we would say that running the average GP web site and keeping content up-to-date would require the equivalent of one about one day per month for one person working alone.

Free lead time

We appreciate that it might take you some time to get the content ready for your web site before you launch it on the world. For this reason we allow you as much free lead time as you need to get your site ready. The charging structure we apply is as follows

Stage 1 - sign up for an easyGP web site by completing our printed order form and returning it with a cheque for your first annual subscription. We will set up a web site for you with a content management system and a set of template pages. The new site will not be open to the public.
Stage 2 - get your site ready for opening by adapting our template pages or inserting as many of your own pages as you require.
Stage 3 - you notify us when you are ready to launch your site on the world and we will attach your domain name to the site. The date when we do this will become your annual subscription renewal date.

By allowing you as much lead time as you need to get your site ready for launch, we have made the job of building the site as easy as possible. You can try out different pages on colleagues and a few selected patients without worrying that you might have a partially completed site on show to the public or that you are paying for a web site which is not yet available.
