Our weight is something that most of us battle with at some point in our lives. It is important to always remember that he best way to lose weight (or to gain it for that matter) is a healthy, balanced diet coupled with lots of exercise. Many people use 'crash diets' but these are folly - the minute you return to bad eating habits, the weight just piles right back on.
