Appointments online
From October 2006 you will be able to make appointments on line and "in real time". Before this can happen you will need to present yourself at reception. If you are not a regular attender at the surgery, a photo form of identity will be required. You will be given a letter with the practice ID, your ID and a PIN as well as a list of conditions for access.
You will need to access https://patient.emisaccess.co.uk. and follow the instructions to register. You can then see what appointments are available on the day when you want to attend. If you wish to cancel the appointment just go online and the appointment will appear. We have set the limit of 2 appointments booked at any one time. At present the nurse clinics are not covered by this system. If there are two of you in a family who wish to use this method of booking appointments then obviously you will both have to obtain separate IDs and PINs. Please do not book an appointment for someone else with your details!
