Minor Surgery

The Practice is able to offer a range of minor surgical procedures under local anaesthetic.

  • "lumps & bumps" 
  • moles
  • some types of skin cancers
  • injection of joints and soft tissues
  • drainage of abscesses
  • injection of haemorrhoids
  • rigid sigmoidoscopies (telescopic examination of the bowel)
  • hormonal implants
  • ingrowing toe nails

 

All procedures are performed by appointment only.  You can see your own GP if you require any of these procedures, although Dr Lin has a special interest in this area.

 

For more complex surgical procedures under local anaesthetic such as:-

- carpal tunnel surgery

- hernia repairs

- vasectomies/scrotal surgery
