ACCESSING YOUR DOCTOR OF CHOICEYou can choose a consultation with any GP at Stowhealth. In order to see the doctor of your choice you will need to make a routine appointmnet which should normally be available with 10 working days. These letters are sent from Suffolk Child Health, to a clinic at Stowhealth. These vaccines are important for your child's health to prevent diseased which can have lasting and serious effects if contracted. PREGNANT?

Chlamydia Screening is available to anyone between the ages of 16 and 25. Patients do not require a consultation with a nurse or GP in order to obtain a Screening kit free from the ground floor receptionist at Violet Hill House. |

We have recently started training Foundation Year F2 doctors, here at Stowhealth.
Women aged between 25 and 64 are invited at regular intervals for Cervical Screening. If you fall into the age group you will receive a letter inviting you to come in for a Cervical Smear.
Each child will receive an invitation to be immunised at various times for different vaccinations. You should receive a letter inviting your child to a clinic.
PREGNANT? There is now a new confidential telephone booking line to book directly with the midwife in addition to booking in the usual way through your GP
