We are setting up an online patient Reference Group (PRG) to allow us to consult our patients on a regular basis about the service we provide. It is important that we seek the views of the widest range of our patients as possible. If you join the group, we will send you emails to seek your opinion or ask you to complete short online surveys from time to time. Answering these will take no more than a five minutes of your time per month but the information we gather will help us to formulate our plans for the practice. You can sign up for the group online or by completing a short paper form. Click here to sign up online or to download the sign-up form. |
