In 2006, the practice established a Patient Forum to assist when making decisions which might affect the services offered to the patient population, particularly around the commissioning of services.

Forum meetings were initally held quarterly and  attended by one of the Partners, the Practice Manager and representatives from the nursing and reception teams. 

In October, 2009, the practice commissioning group merged with the West Northumberland PBC (practice based commissioning) group and are now involved in their Patient Forum.  We decided to suspend our individual Patient Forum and work with the established group in the West.  Information about the work of the West PBC Group and their Patient Forum is available at:

The practice welcomes suggestions and observations about the services provided, and should be directed to either the Practice Manager or Reception Supervisor.
