This service will manage all On-the-Day appointment and telephone requests from all patients. These will be triaged by the Nurse Practitioners to ensure you receive the correct and appropriate level of care where required.

New Community Bus Service

A new community bus service operating every Friday around Ponteland between 10.00am and 2.00pm started last November. For a return fare of £2 local people can be collected from home and taken around Ponteland to do their shopping, attend the doctors' surgery or meet with friends.
