Repeat Prescriptions

We are dealing with high volumes of repeat requests which we always try to have ready in 2 working days.

To help us achieve this:

  • Give us as much time as possible 3 working days would be ideal
  • Avoid requesting different medication at different times if you can plan to get all your medication on one request (the pharmacist can assist)

Tuesday and Wednesday are our busiest days - try to collect at other times.

We have prepared a short guide to the prescription service we offer please download this and keep in a convenient place.

Getting medication to you as safely as possible is our priority and if you can help us in achieving this it will be greatly appreciated.

Major changes to our appointments sytem

We are currently in the process of changing our appointment system.  Demands on our services have increased dramatically; in order to satisfy this demand and continue to offer a first class service we are planning a complete overhaul which will benefit our patients and the practice more>>
