LOCAL NEWS - Yellow fever vaccinations

New yellow fever Centre.  The Practice is now a recognised provider of yellow fever vaccinations.  Travelling to a country where immunisation is needed?  Talk to one of our nurses.

Sprains and strains often a occur during everyday tasks or whilst playing sport. Firstly apply a cold compress, containing ice if possible.
