On-line repeat prescription orders
You can now order repeat prescription online direct from this website. Our online form allows you to send in your request without having to visit the surgery. Your perscription will be ready for collection in two working days. You can even have it delivered to your local chemists for collection later.
If you would like to use this facility please contact the surgery. We will then prepare a document, which must be collected in person from the surgery, containing the information which you will need in order to register on-line. Please allow 48 hours before collecting the registration document.
To safeguard the system we would ask you to bring photographic identification with you - for example, passport, driving licence or bus pass.
