Online appointments

If you would like to use this facility please contact the surgery. We will then prepare a document, which must be collected in person from the surgery, containing the information which you will need in order to register on-line. Please allow 48 hours before collecting the registration document.

To safeguard the system we would ask you to bring photographic identification with you - for example, passport, driving licence or bus pass.

We offer an 'on-the-day' appointment system, although some pre-bookable appointments are available. Please ring after 8.30a.m. on the day you wish to be seen.The doctors operate a 'personalised' list system which, we feel, creates good continuity of care, but if your doctor is fully booked we will try to offer you an appointment with an alternative Doctor.
