Important Information for Patients - changes to appointment system |
|
Please note – from Monday 6 February 2012 the phone lines will not be open until 08.30am We are currently in the process of reviewing our appointment system. If you think you need to be seen ‘’on the day’’ you will be triaged by the Duty Doctor or Nurse. This means that you will be phoned back, usually within an hour, to discuss your problem. You may be dealt with over the phone without the need to come to the surgery and a prescription can be issued, if necessary. If the doctor or nurse feels they need to see you, they will offer you an appropriate appointment. Routine appointments are available for all other problems and can be booked in advance. Thank you |
