With only 6 weeks to go St Leonard's Practice is working very hard to make sure the implementation of its new clinical system runs as smoothly, safely and securely as possible.
We are confident that the change will improve our services and will be beneficial to both the practice and our patients.
If you order your prescriptions and book your appointments online, keep a sharp look out for news on how the change will affect you.
Have you requested your new user name and password for System Online?
St Leonard's Practice is changing its online services to Systm Online
This upgraded service will enable patients to continue to book, cancel or change an appointment and order a repeat prescription online.
To obtain your new username and password please inform the practice of your current
email address by speaking to reception or by emailing:
Nearer the time we will email you your new username and password, enabling you to begin this simple registration process.
This upgraded service will be implemented in 7 weeks' time!

In February 2014 Dr Hayes will be providing a new service that will help you get the appointment you need, by contacting Dr Hayes on the days that she is available.
You can now make and cancel routine appointments using our new online service.
To use the service for the first time, you will need ask in person at reception for a log in code.
St Leonard’s Patient Group is looking to support Westbank Volunteering to recruit 10 volunteers to drive patients to their medical appointments or to visit an isolated patient in their home,could you help? Chlamydia Screening for 15-
The Department of Health is currently running a campaign to encourage young people aged between 15 and 24 to have a chlamydia screening test. This involves a simple test which patients can do for themselves.
Please telephone the surgery for more information. You do not need to be registered with us to have this free test done.
