Routine appointments

Appointments can be made at the reception desk or by ringing 01289 333240.

You may express a preference for a consultation with a specific GP.  If your condition is non-urgent you can expect to see a GP within 2 working days, though you may have to wait longer if you choose to see a particular GP.

Please tell us when booking your appointment if you find stairs difficult to manage and arrangements will be made for you to be seen in a ground floor room.

Urgent appointments

Patients with urgent problems can be seen the same day. You may be asked to speak with a health care professional to confirm it is appropriate that you have a same day appointment. Should you need to be seen urgently, this consultation will be with the available doctor and GP preference will not be possible.

Telephone advice

If you need telephone advice please give your number to the receptionist and some indication of the problem so that the doctor or nurse will be able to assess the degree of urgency.  The doctor or nurse will ring you when he or she is free.
