Make a complaint

We constantly strive to give patients the best possible care and attention. We regularly review our service and have case discussions.

Practice Complaints Procedure

If a patient wishes to make a complaint against the practice they should discuss the issue with the Practice Manager at a mutually convenient time who will explain the process.  The complaint will be recorded and discussed by the practice in order to improve the service we offer.  

Please note that we have to respect our duty of confidentiality to patients and a patient's consent will be necessary if a complaint is not made by that patient in person
