We arecurrently recruiting patients to form a Patient Participation Group.  Patients who join the group may be invited to take part in an initial on-line forum or discussion group.  Patients who register by 31st January 2012 may then be invited to complete a questionnaire of approx 20 questions, some of which may be based on the issues raised in the forum.

Ideally the questionnaire should be completed on-line. A paper version will be made available at both surgeries for those who do not have access to a computer.

This is your chance to have your say about issues affecting your surgery. We are keen to involve as many patients as possible so that we cover the widest possible range of issues and concerns.

Go to www.tpollregistration.com/Stockbridge to register your interest we will do the rest!

Thank you for your participation and we look forward to working alongside you during the coming year.

Dr Carol Ward - Retires

We advise for those of you who are not already aware that Carol retired on 31st December. She will be spending more time with her family and travelling. You may still see her in January as she will be covering one or two locum sessions for us.

We are in the process of appointing an additional partner, Dr Claire Walsh, for 5 sessions. Claire will be joining us in February 2012.

Changes to urgent appointments

From 12th December 2011 all urgent appointments for the day will be allocated from 08.30 am on the relevant day.  We will no longer be asking patients to call back at 1.45 for afternoon urgent appointments more>>
