We are currently recruiting patients to form a Patient Participation Group. Patients who join the group may be invited to take part in an initial on-line forum or discussion group. All patients who register to take part in the group will be invited to complete a questionaire about their experience with Stockbridge Surgery. Ideally the questionnaire should be completed on-line. A paper version will be made available at both surgeries for those who do not have access to a computer. This is your chance to have your say about issues affecting your surgery. We are keen to involve as many patients as possible so that we cover the widest possible range of issues and concerns. Go to www.surgeryfeedback.com/Stockbridge to complete the questionaire on-line.
